This notice explains how Bold Communications Limited (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this marketing website. It is a real, working notice — but it’s a template you should have reviewed by your own counsel before launch.

What we collect

• Demo and contact requests. When you submit the “Book a demo” form we collect your name, work email, company, framework interest, team size and any notes you provide.
• Minimal technical data. Standard server logs (such as request metadata) needed to operate and secure the site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Personal data processed inside the Obligara product by our customers is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement, not this notice.

How and why we use it

• To respond to your demo or sales enquiry and arrange a walkthrough.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and securing our site) and, where relevant, consent.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to remember your cookie choice. We do not set marketing or tracking cookies unless you accept them in the banner.

Sharing and sub-processors

We use a small number of service providers (for example, hosting and email) to run the site. See our security page for the current list. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers and retention

We host in the UK / EU where possible. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EU we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to follow up, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, email privacy@obligara.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We’ll update this notice as our practices change and revise the date above.
